Because we despatch orders rapidly, the cancellation window is very small. If you need to change or cancel, please call us on 1300 399 348 or email sales@clickshades.com.au before 2:00 PM (AWST).

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your shades, you can return them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging.

Simply email us at sales@clickshades.com.au with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
