Order Cancellation Policy

At Click Shades, we process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Because of our commitment to fast despatch, there is a limited window in which an order can be cancelled.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AWST): Because we offer same-day despatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday, you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the order has been processed and transferred to our carrier (Australia Post), it can no longer be cancelled.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Weekends: These orders are typically processed the following business day. You may request a cancellation at any time before 9:00 AM (AWST) the next business day.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible:

  • Subject Line: Please use "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]" to help our team identify your request before the package leaves our warehouse.

3. Cancellations After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched from our Bibra Lake warehouse, we cannot stop the delivery.

  • In this event, please do not refuse the delivery.
  • Once you receive the package, you may initiate a return in accordance with our [Return and Refund Policy].
  • Please note that for "change of mind" cancellations made after despatch, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. Cancellation by Click Shades

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including:

  • Inaccurate pricing or product information errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (identified by our security systems).
  • Stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful and confirmed before despatch, we will issue a full refund immediately. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
